ABOUT THE STUDIO: The studio space includes a 3,000 SqFt (Height: 14’5” Width: 30’8” Depth: 32’) cyc studio space, kitchenette, seating area, lofted seating area, bathroom with shower, and enclosed shipping crate for editing, hosting clients, or talent dressing. An additional double door garage entrance into the space is available for automotive and large load in's. Minimal camera gear available for rent in advance through our website. Studio manager will be on-site at time of studio usage. ***PLEASE NOTE: After hours rentals (after 6pm) MUST be requested at least 4 days in advance. Rental slots after 6pm are subject to limited availability and are accepted on a case to case basis. ***Audio Note: Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to record audio on location. ABOUT THE CREW: We're a collective of filmmakers and artists, co-creating to capture and captivate the human element with every piece of work. Our collaborative workflow allows us to bring life to concepts of diverse budgets, styles, and timelines. Our modern production process and culture of togetherness allows us to explore ideas greater than those we could take on as separate parts. Activities like Photo Shoots, Video Productions, Filmed Interviews, or Promotional Video are all fair game in our space.

We are ensuring that the studio is cleaned and sanitized between each rental. We are currently only accepting one rental per 24hr period.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
