This two-story New York Loft, located in the Historic Bank Building in the heart of the meatpacking district uses a combination of sustainable materials such as bamboo and concrete with luxury materials like venetian plaster and designer fixtures. With a sweeping 17-foot ceiling, and northern and southern exposures, there is ample natural light in the space.
Upon entering the loft, your eye is drawn to a stunning wrought iron window accented by a gorgeous Waterford crystal chandelier. The open living/dining room is spacious and accessible. Architectural and modern, the furniture adds a sense of calm and peace to the overall space to institute a minimal and clean feel. Through the south facing entrance, these is a small porch space with seating and a grill.
Behind a hidden door there is a “speakeasy style” bar room with navy leather wallpaper, an oak and gold bar, and a luxurious Chesterfield couch. There are touches of whimsy in the room, such as an antique gum-ball machine and an antique lamp.
This location is perfect for film, photography, or as a unique meeting space. We are looking forward to hosting you!
