Conveniently serving San Jose, Los Gatos, Silicon Valley, and the broader San Francisco Bay Area, this 2,250 sq. ft. daylight studio paired with 1 acre of lush outdoor gardens provides a versatile backdrop for commercial film shoots, editorial photography, and high-end video content.

1-Acre Lush Outdoor Production Location: Courtyard featuring Tuscan columns, classical stone statues, brick pathways, vibrant flora, and a scenic koi pond running along the estate.
Controlled Water Feature: Includes an active garden waterfall that serves as a stunning visual backdrop. (Can be turned off upon request for dialogue or audio-sensitive filming).

Important Production Notes & House Rules
Setup & Teardown Window: Your total booked hours must cover load-in, set prep, production, and complete teardown. Please message us ahead of time if you need extra setup buffers between shoot days.
Acoustics & Sound Disclosure: This is a private residential estate location, not a soundproof soundstage. We recommend using directional lavalier or shotgun microphones and audio dampening tools for dialogue scenes.
Waterfall Control: If your production requires dialogue recording or silent audio, please notify us prior to your arrival so we can turn off the garden waterfall for your shoot.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning and disinfecting will take place prior to booking for bathrooms and hard surfaces
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
* Hosts with more than 5 guests must remove all garbage and trash off the property and take it with them. Failure to do so will result in $300 fine.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
