About the Space
This 5,000 sq ft warehouse was transformed into a versatile dance studio space. It features two rooms: The Annex, a 2,000 sq ft room with a kitchen and lounge area, and Studio C, a 3,000 sq ft room with a front stage, sound system, and screen/projector. Both incorporate professional sprung dance floors and 23 foot high bow truss ceilings. They work perfectly for filming, photoshoots, large events, and offsite trainings, workshops, rehearsals, etc. Free adjacent parking lot available. All spaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival. Wipes and hand sanitizer are provided. Masks are available for those who do not bring their own.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
