This space works well for small parties, weddings, picnics, camping, outdoor movie nights, meditation circles or spiritual ceremonies. The space is very green and park like with lots of roses, plants, flowers and birds. There are large grassy areas, an enclosed patio, a huge shady tree you can sit around, and a gazebo with a table and chairs. There is also a front yard area with lots of beautiful roses you can use. Additional Amenities Available (Ask if Interested): Private Artsy Studio Apartment/Overnight Sleeping Space for longer bookings 5 hours or more. Works well for weddings or celebrations so hosts can spend the night. Also a good outfit changing space, or space for kids to take a nap during a long event. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
