Conference room for groups of up to eight persons. Furnished with comfortable executive chairs around a large boat-shaped conference table with a Large 50" Sony Google TV. Dimmable LED ceiling light fixtures set within a 2 x 2 acoustical ceiling grid system. Both a standard rest room and handicap-accessible restrooms are available. The floor is covered with sound-absorbing carpet along with the acoustical ceiling softens the noise level. This conference room works well for small business meetings, legal depositions, business/client meetings, etc. This conference room offers the convenience of a great location. easy highway access, in a central location, many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, a comfortable quiet space for your next meeting. In addition, there is Free Wi-Fi, In a floor HDMI jack connected to TV input 1 for viewing your images. Also USB charging stations in two corners of the room above the corner angled cabinets.

Conference room is disinfected and cleaned weekly by professional license cleaning company. Disinfectant spray and paper towels are located in the conference room cabinets for our duest to use to insure a safe clean inviroment. Hand sanitizer is also on the counter in the conference room for the use of our guest
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
