Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
With the COVID-19 pandemic impacting production, RP Studio has implemented the following protocols to minimize risk to all while still completing projects. RP Studio: 1. Wipe down all high-touch surfaces, including front door handles and light switches every morning and evening. 2. Installation of a hospital-grade commercial air filtration unit with HEPA filter that is run at all times (but may be turned off per renter's preference during the rental for audio control purposes during filming.) 3. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided. There is also a full-size kitchen sink with soap and disposable hand towels. 4. Masks required in all common areas except by talent during actual filming times.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
