About Marla Rutherford’s Studio
Marla Rutherford's Studio is a modern, fully outfitted, ADA compliant photo studio and creative space located in the heart of North Boulder. 1,000-sf of open industrial-feel space and high ceilings allow for ample creative freedom. The floors are newly laid concrete with a beautiful dark gray glossy finish. The space is climate controlled and with surround sound sonos. Your rental includes Wi-Fi, use of kitchenette/bathroom, vanity, privacy shades, SONOS sound system, & reserved parking. (Conference tables, padded fold up chairs and projector are available for an additional fee.) The Studio is approximately 1,000 square feet of renovated space available for hourly, half or full day rentals. The studio is available to the general public for small events, business meetings, seminars, or photographers and creatives. The Studio is located North Boulder, Colorado. To the West of the studio is a 5 minute walk to Spruce Confections Coffee and Proto’s Pizza (the best pizza around). To the East is a beautiful dog park where clients and their pets can get some fresh air. Two blocks away is a Holiday Inn Express where out of town renters/attendees can stay, as well as numerous walking/hiking trails for any outdoor activities.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
