Winner's Resort Pool is perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, graduations, baby showers, team celebrations, and special events for up to 50 guests. Enjoy a large heated pool with an expansive shallow area that is great for kids, multiple seating areas, plenty of private parking, and a spacious layout designed to comfortably accommodate both small and large groups. The property offers a private resort-style setting with room to relax, celebrate, and make lasting memories with family and friends. Optional premium amenities include VIP hosting, VIP Deck Experience, grilling, volleyball, karaoke/PA system, bounce house, fire pit, hot tub, towels, and more. Large Event Experience (41–50 Guests): This tier includes exclusive access to the VIP Covered Deck, Grill, and a dedicated VIP Host to assist with parking coordination, grilling, event support, and ensuring a smooth experience for larger gatherings. VIP hosting gratuity is already included in this tier—no additional tip is expected, but always appreciated. Featured in Washingtonian Magazine.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Between each booking, we wipe down everything that can be touched by human hand with disinfectant and spray disinfectant on fabric cushions. Hand towels are replaced. Hand Sanitizers and disinfectant cleaning products are provided for guests for piece of mind.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
