Our studio is cleaned and maintained regularly to provide a comfortable, professional environment for every rental. Common areas, furniture, and frequently used surfaces are cleaned as needed between bookings. We ask guests to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it, dispose of all trash, remove personal belongings and props, and return furniture and equipment to their original locations. Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only and are strictly prohibited on the cyclorama wall and its floor surface. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive mess, stains, or damage.
