This apartment is recently renovated with modern kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, and a nice counter-space. Nothing beats natural light, and this apartment is full of it. Five large windows throughout let in beautiful rays of light that bounce off of the cool white walls for a for a bright yet cozy vibe. Wood baseboards and window frames also help balance out the look by bringing in a bit of warmth. The layout includes the spacious kitchen which is separate from the living room with a dining area. Beautiful polished hardwood floors throughout. This is a great space for photography including lifestyle, fashion, product, or editorial photo shoots; videography including film shoots, music videos, and video tutorials; client/small group meetings including workshops and interviews; or small social gatherings. This fully furnished apartment is modern and elegant, but some beautiful plants make it feel cozy with simple clean décor and design elements that are statement pieces. Enough to accommodate any vision with space to move things around. *Understanding that there can be a need for guests to visit a space in person to make sure it's the right fit for what they have planned, in-person walk throughs are offered. In-person site visits are available for a flat rate of $20 for up to 30 minutes.

Hi! Yours and my comfort and safety is most important to me. In order to ensure, to the best of my ability, that my space in clean and disinfected I am following the CDC guidelines before and after every guest. This includes: - Wear disposable gloves to clean and disinfect. - Cleaning all surfaces using soap and water to reduce the number of germs, dirt and impurities, then use disinfectant to kills germs on surfaces. - Routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. High touch surfaces include: Tables, chairs, doorknobs and locks, light switches, remote controls, counter-tops, window panes, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. - Most importantly, I am tested for COVID-19 regularly and am not in regular or frequent close contact with others
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
