About the Space
Cozy personal space, Good for catered events, small workshops for yoga and other movement arts, creative photo shoots, etc. Full kitchen, a couple of bedrooms, and large open floor plan. I have personally hosted massage workshops, yoga workshops, conscious intimacy workshops, and more here! As a note, given this is a residential space there may be superficial changes (different throw blankets, different plants) as I change things around from time to time. Also note the fitness pole in the center, but that can be moved upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
