About the Space
Pool with fantastic views! Home has 1800 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck/patio space with a gas firepit and outdoor speakers. Pool faces west with spectacular sunset views. HUGE kitchen with double islands and bar space. Light-filled open concept living area with fireplace. Large master bedroom and master bathroom with stand alone tub. Blackout shades in Master. Art Deco Dining room seats 8. When you send a request or inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. I'm not judgmental about what you're shooting...Just trying to determine how to best prepare the house for you. Please note that there are two corgis that live in this home. If you are allergic to dogs, please do not book this venue. Let me know if you have any special requests (e.g. you want to bring an animal). Owner may be on premises during the shoot, but will be out of the way and respect your privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
