Step into a bold, cinematic time capsule—an eclectic 80s-inspired location designed for small photoshoots, content creation, and smaller interviews or productions. This location blends postmodern glamour, retro athletic kitsch, and international 80s–90s design influences, with multiple shoot-ready scenes that feel distinct yet cohesive. The Space The main creative studio is 360 sq ft, complemented by a 370 sq ft garage that can be used for 1-2 vehicles or additional space for wardrobe, hair, and makeup. Every area is highly stylized, layered, and flexible—movable backdrops and props allow you to reconfigure scenes throughout your shoot. Main Studio (Included with all bookings) The primary space features three vignettes: • Brick Fireplace Scene A dramatic brick fireplace anchors the room, framed by displayed vinyl records. Styled with a retro 80s exercise bike, leopard-print rugs, and bold textures, this area feels athletic, nostalgic, and editorial—perfect for fashion, lifestyle, or music-inspired shoots. • 1980s Italian Bar Centered in the room is a retro Italian with a mirror bar and sued gold and ivory details. Sleek, dramatic, and indulgent, this setup is ideal for cocktail scenes, high-fashion editorials, or cinematic moments. • Postmodern Retro Lounge A modular pink postmodern sofa sits in front of Japanese-style shoji doors, creating an eclectic 80s Tokyo vibe. This area balances softness and structure, neon energy and calm—perfect for portraits, branding, or stylized interviews. A small bathroom is also included with all bookings. Bathroom is basic and simple but leans into the overall 80s aesthetic- because what other decade would a toilet paper holder with an attached phone exist in? Expanded Access by Group Size • 1–2 Guests Includes the main studio, small bathroom, and garage. • 3–4 Guests Adds an additional 180 sq ft, including a larger bathroom and hallway, ideal for hair, makeup, or styling prep. This area leans into a bold 90s French Provincial aesthetic— floral and bold colors set the tone. • 6–12 Guests Includes everything above plus a 180 sq ft bedroom, with a mirrored postmodern bedroom set, satin sheets, velvet curtains, and fun props- perfect for fashion, beauty, or narrative shoots. • f you are a smaller group and want more space you can book the space as a larger group or ask me about pricing. There are special requirements for production vehicles and I am on a narrow street with neighbors who will complain. • This location is a part of my house so while I will not be in your booking area, I may still be on the property and in earshot of your production. This is an old house and I do my best to remain quiet while you are here but you may hear walking or doors. If this has an impact on production just let me know ahead of time so I can prepare. • Nudity is fine but absolutely no sexual activity that may include loud noises and bodily fluids.
