About the Space
An enclosed yard provides ample space for outdoor events and photography! A small concrete patio includes a basketball net. The large amphitheater, sloped grass yard is surrounded by local foliage, bamboo and rock. An outdoor upper deck with a large table and umbrella, along with a lower deck with chaise loungers make for comfortable dining and lounging of small groups. A gate separates the yard from the pool area. The pool is situated next to modern outdoor furniture on a concrete patio which provides a serene background for photography sessions, outdoor 1-1s or small group meetings. Playful additions include an outdoor ping pong table and hammock. Dimmable cafe lights as well as ground and pool lighting provide a pleasing setting for evening pics & events!

All of the space provided is outdoors. We have our property professionally mowed and leaf-blown every other week. We also leaf blow the concrete areas daily. We wipe down the tables and furniture routinely, and we have sanitizer and bacterial spray available as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
