About the Space
The space is a downtown Austin event venue located on historic Congress Avenue with views of the Paramount & State Theatre’s and the Capitol building. The space features an open warehouse look that’s industrial yet polished with original exposed brick and foundation walls and covered street-level terrace. The exposed steel beams are perfect for rigging trusses and lighting equipment. The street level entrance features garage doors that will easily allow access for scissor lifts and cherry pickers. Catered breakfast, lunch and dinner available upon request.

All bookings will include on onsite staff member to disinfect all surfaces, handles and rooms on a 30 minutes schedule. Our onsite staff will also monitor that all COVID-19 procedures are being met by the venue and onsite guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
