About the Space
An impeccably designed, plant-filled office space that’s the perfect backdrop for your lifestyle photo shoot, film set, or corporate gathering. Features open common areas full of gorgeous Steelcase furnishings and spectacular light fixtures, natural light, 10-foot interior glass walls, and a warm industrial aesthetic. Much of the furniture is movable (except the desks, which are installed permanently). There are spaces for small breakout groups, desk work, and larger scale workshops or panels. We have a beautiful, residential-style kitchen that includes a Moccamaster and Nespresso machine, as well as a convection oven. Ideal for parties, commercial shoots, lifestyle photography, corporate offsites, meetups, and workshops.

Besides the CDC-approved disinfectants, we use a vaporizer (like a steam clean) on all surfaces between uses, both porous and soft.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
