Conveniently located in the heart of Chelsea, our Podcast Studio is soundproof and equipped with 4 Shure SM7Bs running into our mixing board. We can dial in clients remotely, and mix their levels live. OUR EQUIPMENT Equipped with 4 matching Electro-Voice RE20 Dynamic Cardioid podcast Mics Mics run through CL-1 Cloudlifters into a RODECaster Pro podcast mix console that allows us to patch-in remote phone and zoom calls Room is acoustically treated for capturing high-quality audio with no outside noise interference Hand-made custom table made from 150 year-old reclaimed southern yellow pine wood The price includes an engineer for your recording. Our lounge offers seating, workspace, and high-speed internet for clients. MCM’s Stage Manager will be onsite during your shoot if you have any needs for your project. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take every precaution to keep our guests and staff safe: Hand sanitizer and temperature checks are available at check-in. All available rooms (screening room, kitchen, living room and private bathroom) are sanitized before arrival. The space is well-ventilated after each use and we do not allow back-to-back bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
