Welcome to Unique Studios Located Here In River North Downtown Chicago Discover Unique Studios, a modern, all-inclusive, photo studio in River North, Downtown Chicago. Our compact yet luxurious 600 sqft space comes with a choice of colorful backdrops, lighting equipment, custom effects LED lights, photography accessories, props, and more that’ll help you turn your ideas into a masterpiece every single time. We’ve also included a vanity, wardrobe racks, a lounge area which is open to the public, a small arcade, and much more to make sure you and your guests/clients have a smooth, comfortable shoot. Our Studios come with - 2 Soft Box w/ Trigger - 2 Led light that are capable to change into all different colors plus with special video effects - 1 Ring light - Backdrops - White - Black - Gray - Green - Yellow - Baby Blue - Pink - Beige - Purple - Red - Brown Please also ask in advance to make sure we have your desired color backdrop available. Also available: - Vanity - Black Stool - Gray Metal Stool - Gold and Silver Reflector - Full Body Mirror - Bluetooth Speaker - Couch - White box (prop) - Wardrobe Rack - Wooden Ladder - Wooden Swing - Free Wifi - Projector Studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
