Well equipped and very quiet content studio with VIP green room, steamer, wardrobe rack, kitchen, gear closet, parking and 2 private bathrooms. Great for photo and/or video shoots and livestreaming, meetings and/or events. We have a variety of 12' rolls of seamless (including green screen) and other backdrops available as well as lighting and camera equipment. It's great for portraits, product shots, video interviews and more. We have done shoots for tech companies, food shoots, portraits, product shots, etc. We are situated on the ground floor with easy load in. There are several great restaurants nearby along with a Mollie Stones grocery store less than 2 blocks away.

Members of our staff have taken the Covid-19 Compliance Officer training and we strive to provide a safe working environment for our guests and staff. We also have medical grade air filters and maintain a constant flow of fresh air circulating via our HVAC.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
