About the Space
STUDIO 2 Our second upstairs studio is 324 square feet with a recently added wood floor. This is our most private space with two heavy duty sliding doors that semi-block out sound. Please note it is above an active working space, and note completely sound proof. It’s a great space for portraits and commercial photography sessions. Room Details: • Choice of basic lighting setup* OR (3) Flo-Lights** • Choice of loose muslin backdrop with backdrop stand, 4 clips for hanging and (2) sandbags • Optional upgrade: Scrim OR (2) C-Stands • Color gels OR Ice Light OR (2) Video lights Starting at $75.00/hour *2 hour minimum weekday | 4 hour minimum weekend(limited weekend availability) We’re pleased to be able to offer studio rental space to photographers and videographers here in our downtown Sacramento studio! We have several spaces available to rent, all of which include: a basic lighting package, access to our Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, air conditioning/heat and power. Additionally, each session booked includes complimentary 15 minutes of setup/breakdown time as well as assistance from us as needed to familiarize yourself with the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Staff disinfects high traffic areas and surfaces in between rentals. Any and all staff present at the time of the rental will wear a mask indoors and/or maintain 6ft from the clients when possible. Hand sanitizer is present in the lobby and frequent hand washing is encouraged for guests and required for staff!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
