About the Space
This mid century cabin sits on 2 acres of forest in Idyllwild on Native Cahuilla land. The property overlooks the San Jacinto mountains. There are large boulders and coulter pine trees throughout. From the front patio, there's a great view of Lily Rock and Tahquitz Peak. As we live here full time, we would prefer filming or events be limited to the outside areas and adjacent 2 acres of forest. For interior filming, additional fees will apply. The back house can be rented as a production office or greenroom as well for an additional fee. Please see it in the "add on" section at checkout. 4WD and chains are required in the snow.

The space is cleaning according to COVID cleaning protocol, sanitized and aired out between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
