Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The loft is located in a beautiful live/work loft in Historic downtown LA. It has a breathtaking open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers. It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light. It's furnished and decorated with furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props. The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equiped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 2 wooden tables 3x4ft each - 4 industrial metal chairs - 5 seater leather couch - kitchen island - 4 bar stools The LOUNGE area - 2 couches (red velvet and blue velvet) - 1 coffee tables - carpet The STUDIO area - The studio comes with 2 continuous daylight balanced lights (two Nanlite FS-200) with softboxes and C-stands. - Mirror - Bluetooth speaker - High Speed Internet - 10ft wide backdrop stands upon request - extenstion cords and power strips REGARDING SOUND: This is not a sound stage. The loft is on the 12th floor and isn’t facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. You'll have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. Parking: There are public lots on either side of our building as well as across the street. The space, surfaces, door knobs, light switchers, chairs, etc are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC in between every shoot or events. I provide disinfecting spray and hand sanitizer in the space. You are required to bring your own face masks and gloves for your crew. Let me know about any specific requests regarding Health & Safety Measures.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
