Spring Fling. Optional upgrade Front Room 10&11. Floating Flowers, Private Room Moody Modern Set 12, and Cyclowall add-on (can also be booked separately on a different list). Conveniently located in Sacramento midtown second floor on the corner of J and 25th street. We offer an optional upgrade to a full studio of nearly 2400 sq foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet-ups. This is the place for photographers or videographers to shoot your next fashion photograph, music video, headshot, product photography, and commercials. *Fee: $90/hr business hour 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri, 1.5x for overtime, weekends, and after hours. Overtime Hourly Pricing is based on Peerspace rules of 30-minute increments. Extra-person fee: $5 each person each hour (please as a quote if it is more than what the studio can accommodate for the cleaning fee) *Add-on: $65 for a private boudoir room set within your hour (can be booked separately from a different list) *Add-on: $65 for a cyclo wall set (can be booked separately from a different list) * Hair & Makeup Room, bathroom, small chairs, apple box, and 3 LED lights with 2 C-stands, Free Wi-Fi (Included in the studio rental price). Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
