Our space is a newly built function space perfect for social events or corporate functions. The divisible ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase beautiful views of the Chicago River and city view. Features state of the art AV technologies including (5) drop down screens & projector, built-in speaker system, lapel and handheld microphones, podium, teleconferencing, videoconferencing and more! ***We only use Gibsons & Think Food Group Catering. No outside Food & Beverage or Caterers are approved within the space**

Health and Safety Measures
All events held at 110 N Wacker will require a 2 hour turnaround time to allow for proper sanitation practices and cleaning. After event spaces have been fully sanitized, doors will be opened for event. Between events, chairs will be sanitized. All electronics, including microphones, tablets and control panels are sanitized prior to event. Trash is removed and waste receptacles cleared and sanitized before and after each event. Additional cleaning services are available at the request of the client.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
