COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean all surfaces and working areas prior to our guests arriving for their shoot. We practice social distancing within our business and provide the guest with a sufficient amount of space to operate efficiently.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Lighting description

Our photography studio has a 16-foot ceiling with a garage door at the entrance that can open all the way up to allow natural lighting into the studio. The door can be opened or closed at the client's needs to allow as much or as little light as you'd like.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our main entrance is in the alley on the backside of our building so there is typically no street noise. We are located in an industrial zone so there are no quiet hour restrictions. We ask that you be mindful of our neighbours and co-workers in regard to speakers volume.

We have a garage door that opens 16 feet up from the ground level so you can load your gear directly into our studio with ease.

Our clients are granted all-access to the entire studio for full buyouts. Clients are limited to the photography area for hourly bookings, but will still have access to common areas and bathroom.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture and decorations can be arranged to the needs of the production. For full buyouts, furniture can be removed at the expense of the production team.

We have an on-site security system to help protect our clients from any potential incidents that may occur in the working area or through the entrance/exit.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
