Situated at a prime street-level location in Mount Pleasant our bright and welcoming space is walking and transit distance from Main Street, Cambie Street, West Broadway and Olympic Village. We're lucky to be surrounded by great restaurants, bakery and coffee shops, and cool breweries. With a polished industrial feel, the lounge and retail area is decorated in a modern style of neutral tones, plants and warming wood. Through double glass doors is a completely open studio space with 16 foot ceilings. Dark floors, white walls and large windows make this a versatile space. COMMON USES This is the home of Formation Studio where we operate dance-based classes. The studio has incredible acoustics and has been used for choirs and performances. Photo and video shoots, creative rehearsals, and small celebrations like birthdays are common. Artists rate: we support the arts where we can, so please don't hesitate reaching out if you are in an explorative or creative stage. FEATURES One wall is all mirrors and there is a sound system with a bluetooth connection. Beneath the flooring is a layer of cushion making it appropriate for physical activities. There is paid and free street parking in the area and easy access to transit. ADDITIONAL We have a customized lighting system allowing for patterns, colours, and music reactivity which can be added on to your booking at an additional fee.
