Berkeley Hills Treehouse

Stylish mid century modern style open space with tons of natural light and amazing architecture nestled in the North Berkeley Hills with a view of San Francisco from the deck. Lived in by a graphic designer, so there are lots of lovely props already living in the space. The layout is very open, so there are tons of options for your shoot. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, the main living space as well as 2 separate outdoor spaces (the front patio and back deck). QUICK NOTE ABOUT SCOUTS: Because this is my home and I do work here as well, I charge an hour of the rate for a scout because it does take time on my end to tidy the house, take time off work, etc. I hope you understand!
