We have a large parking lot with over 20 parking spots located in our lot. There is also wheelchair accessible access points into the building.

There are 2 full window walls in this room, with the windows extending from the floor right to the ceiling. There is a lot of natural light that comes through these windows. This room is brightest between 4pm and sunset. There are also blackout curtains which can be closed to completely block out the light. There are pot lights within the room all balanced to the same white balance to light the room.

We are not a soundproof facility. There is ambient noise that comes from the main road, as well as any neighbouring bookings going on in the other studio rooms. We also have a speaker sound system that plays background music within the entire facility. Music can be controlled by guests via bluetooth.

Stairs

We are on the ground floor of the building. There are double doors that come into the studio at 3 different access points. The widest entry point is 6 feet wide (double doors). Please notify us if you have a large truck coming with equipment so we can accommodate it.

There is a make up station, as well as a change room that is available.

There are multiple outlets available in every studio room. There are also extension cords available for use. The circuit breaker is within the facility and can be accessed by asking a staff member. We are in an industrial area with lots of power, so it is rare that circuit breakers get flipped.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

We have various furniture pieces that can be moved within rooms, or completely out of the room if requested. We ask that you place the furniture in the original positions following your booking. Wall decorations cannot be removed if they are apart of a special seasonal set up.
