Urban Deck-Level Pool
About the Space
Do you need a pool for your upcoming photo or video shoot? This deck-level above ground pool could be just what you need! The pool measures 12' x 16' and is 4.5' deep. The pool deck connects directly to the house, with 5-6 steps down to the grass side yard. The full deck measures approximately 20' x 20' Under-deck lighting illuminates the pool at night, and Christmas lights light up the deck perimeter. Electrical outlets can be found in the garage or accessed in the basement and kitchen with an extension cord. You are free to use any furniture in or around the pool, or bring your own. We have a small round table, small wicker bistro table, chairs, umbrella, custom cooler, and grill. All furniture can be moved but will need to be returned to its original place upon completion of the rental. (Note that the furniture show in the photos is no longer available.)

This outdoor space is naturally a good choice for shoots during COVID-19. To prevent any potential spread, all surfaces and high traffic areas are disinfected after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
