About the Space
198 plants and counting šæ The newly redecorated garden oasis is ideal for small intimate lifestyle, portrait, and product photography shoots. The space has been featured for "Creative Interior Design" by Forbes Magazine, Home & Design Magazine, and Daily Hive Vancouver. The aesthetic is jungle-industrial. The downstairs has 148 plants, seating, shelves, a bathroom, kitchen, and a large work desk. There's also a projector mounted to the wall. Upstairs is the "bedroom" area where there's an additional 23 plants. There is a large skylight directly above the bed. The loft is south facing and gets lots of natural light. There are also large full window drapes to manage sunlight. The loft is set-up as work-live. The building has a large industrial elevator and there is a loading zone in the back alley. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The Loft Garden Oasis is one if the best studios I have ever photographed in! I have been dying to host a shoot at this location since I started photography 3 1/2 years ago and today I finally got to experience the plant heaven for real! The space was so beyond beautiful, moody and dreamy. Every single client I had was in as much awe as I was and have loved the photos that I have previewed so far! Glyn was responsive and set out the spaces guidelines clearly and efficiently so my clients and myself had a seemless process overall. I will definitely be back shooting at this amazing location again soonš! If you have been wondering if you should book here ABSOLUTELY DO IT!

We did a branding shoot in the Loft Garden Oasis and I was an amazing space! It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos! Glyn was very responsive and communicated before and after the shoot. Would highly recommend this space!

Nicely decorated place with lots of aesthetic options for photoshoots. Lots of natural light. Perfect for smaller shoots & headhshots but you'll need a larger space if you're shooting more than 4 people.
