About the Space

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INQUIRING; HOST WON'T TAKE CASH AS PEERSPACE'S POLICY FORBIDS THAT & CHAT MSGS ARE MONITORED. TY! April 2025 (last updated) Attention Toronto Shutterbugs (6 guests max)!!! Stunning ground floor hard loft in downtown Toronto. Corner unit with South East exposure and 16 foot ceilings. Features: red & tan brick, dark hardwood floors, pharaonic windows (x4), a massive chalkboard, heaps of books/plants, and character galore. Space is ideal for small: * Photography/videography sessions (lifestyle, social media, etc.) * Client meetings Not for: *Parties, birthdays, showers, etc. as food/beverages are not allowed in loft space NB: Host does not accept parties of 7+ (no exceptions); the walls have gotten damaged too many times previously with groups of 7 or more so I no longer even entertain the idea. PRICING Host may need to send a Custom Offer, depending on number of guests, equipment, waivers, etc. *Cleaning fee is in place to offset Site Fees. Place is expected to be left as is or host will charge a real cleaning fee post reservation. OVERTIME (OT) Setup and tear down time must be factored in start/end time. OT requests & rates are charged at time and half. Please reserve accordingly as host schedules things around allocated times. SITE VISIT $30 in cash for a quick site visit, which will be returned in full (in cash) on the day of your reservation if one is made within 3 months. This is in place to deter people from just coming to visit, which happens more than one would think. NOISE There is a daycare nearby. Kids are NOT playing outside Mon-Fri from 11:45-2:45 pm. Before and after that, kids may be heard playing outside. CLEANING VS TAX FEE $20 Cleaning fee covers TAXES/SITE FEES—NOT cleanup. Space is expected to be in the same condition guests received it (if not, cleaning fee to be applied). LIGHTING & EQUIPMENT Lighting equipment is NOT provided. There are, however, 2 pot lights and 3 lamps in the space. All equipment brought in by guests must be rubber protected to prevent wall, floor and furniture damage. LOFT INCLUDES - Living/Dining Room - Full Access - Bathroom & Kitchen - Limited Access (just for photos, not for actual showers or cooking) - Bedroom, NOT pictured - ZERO ACCESS (host's bedroom is now monitored by video. If accessed, fine to be automatically applied) LOFT RULES/OTHER -NO outer footwear in loft (new, CLEAN shoes brought in a separate bag ok) -SCENT FREE space (am sensitive to strong chemical scents; naturally scented products/oils ok) -FOOD and beverages limited to kitchen area (not loft area, water excepted) -No smoking/vaping, parties, body butter/oil, glitter/confetti, markers, adult filming, or loud music -Condo entrance, hallway, and host's bedroom (guests not allowed) is monitored by video **this is a residential, quiet building** PARKING Guests may use the loading dock at the back of the building providing their telephone number is visible on their dash board so someone can contact them should they need to.

COVID RULES—GUESTS AND HOST ARE ASKED TO: - WIPE DOWN all touched areas w bleach and rag (provided; FREE 10 minutes at the end of reservation to do this!) - WASH or SANITIZE HANDS thoroughly upon entry (provided) - Bring a handkerchief to cough/sneeze into and a bag to place masks in when not wearing - CANCEL RESERVATION if anyone is suspected to have come in contact w the virus (100% refund); host to do the same

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
