WITH US, IT'S EASY: — easy to access by TTC & car (lots of parking) — easy to find, accessible unit at building front entrance — easy support: always available during rentals (just call us!) — space is fully furnished, with natural light — by Gardiner and DVP, so NO downtown traffic — FAST Rogers WiFi, Canada's most reliable network COMFORTS — Kitchenette with mini-fridge and complimentary drinks (plz wash, dry, and put back items) — Private, in-suite wash room (not shared with building, maintained by us) — Furniture & lounge seating (couches, bar top, stools, etc.) — AC (Air Conditioning) & Heating SEATING & TABLES — Large 8'x2' wooden bar top — Over a dozen areas to sit across all furniture, included (stools, couch, ottoman, saucer chairs, hammock chair, etc.) — Can expand seating to 40+ seats, with: extra 30 folding chairs & 5 folding tables [6'x3'] (+100) STYLING — A blend of hard loft with soft floral features. — 3 massive South-facing loft windows (for lots of sunlight all day) — Styled like a home so feels cozy regardless of your event size PARKING — Free street parking on Carlaw Ave after 6pm, and some mornings. Otherwise $3/h — Free building lot parking for short durations and loading/unloading. — Free street parking on side streets — Private lots nearby ~$10 for a flat day rate. TOOLS AND PERKS (see add-ons) These are a paid service unless otherwise stated. — Bluetooth sound system you can use at no extra charge. — Big screen on a swivelling wall-mount (HDMI, portrait-orientation [vertical] only) (+50) — Projector (+100) — Mood Lights (the string, fairy, neon lights) (+150) CLEANING FEES: — We don’t charge a cleaning fee if you leave our space neat and tidy, but a $350 credit card hold is required 48 hours prior to your appointment so that if any cleaning is required to be done by us, you may only receive a partial, or no refund, depending on the time and extent of cleaning required.. — We reserve the right to adjust rates and security deposits based on our perceived level of risk associated with your event. *PRICING PREMIUMS: — Our listed rate is for weekdays during our open hours (6am-9pm) for small events under a dozen people. For larger events, the rates go up. — Between 9pm-1am the rate is $250/h, after 1am it's $500/h. ===== FAQ — What's check-in look like? We send you an access code to enter our studio! — Lots of studios are shared, will I be sharing the space with others during my rental? No way Jose!! We would never want to share studio space with others, so you won't either! — I don't like using shared common-area restrooms, do you have a private washroom? You betcha! You can also use it as a change room as well. — Lots of studios are located in old buildings and can be hard to find. Is yours? Nope! We're a private unit, located literally right at the entrance of our building! — Can I bring pets and babies? Absolutely. Please just give us a heads up if you bring pets. — Is there an elevator? We have several elevators in our building. — Will you provide security? Yes, on certain occasions we may provide a doorman to ensure that your party is safe and no one hassles you. *PRICING PREMIUMS: — Our listed rate is for weekdays during our open hours (6am-9pm) for small creative events. Kindly note that for larger events, and events after 9pm, there is an added fee. — Two hours minimum for events, which starts at $350. Each extra hour is +$125/h. — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price. — When inquiring, kindly factor in set-up time, and clean-up time to your total hours.

We clean at LEAST once daily. We take pride in having a tidy and sanitary rental space for all to enjoy. Upon departure, all guests are responsible for tidying and putting everything back as they found it.
