All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our versatile studio space above the cafe is the perfect room for a variety of uses including photo shoots and video shoots. Parking description
We have a parking spot available in our loading bay; and after 5:00PM and on weekends, we have a parking lot available beside our neighbouring building CF Interiors. There is various street parking available in the neighbourhood as well.

Lighting description
There are 3 floor to ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. All the windows have blackout blinds if you need to block the light out.
There is string lighting which operates on a dimmer switch and track lighting which you can easily move.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are located on East Hastings so you can hear sounds from the traffic outside. The Studio is above our Cafe so during opening hours noise from our kitchen can sometimes be heard too.

General Rules
Security Deposit Required: $400
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
ALCOHOL
There is a $100 alcohol surcharge. Hard liquor is strictly prohibited, we allow beer and wine only.

This space was perfect. We had a half-day company all hands meeting and it was great. Easy setup with projector and fit us all well. Coffee was great and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Will certainly look to book again.

Beautiful space filled with plants! Staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will come back again! Space was clean and sanitized for our event. We were given the privacy we needed. Also, it was quite easy to load things from our car using their loading dock in the back.
