About the Space

Located in the historic fashion district of DTLA, this spacious multi-purpose loft is perfect for team meetings, photo and video shoots, film screenings, art shows and events. The space includes a large commons area with kitchen, production space, lounge space and one large bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). The building is located near great bars and restaurants in historic downtown. The Arts District is located one mile away. *Parking Early Bird Rate (Entering between 5am-9am -- Must exit by 7pm) $15 per vehicle. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
