Desert Oasis with Vintage trailers

Our privately owned 2.5 acre property is surrounded by panoramic views of the vast western Mojave desert. Located 1 hour west of Las Vegas, and 1.5 hr from Death Valley. We offer use of an empty 40’ school bus, a boat with a deck/dock/stage (bed inside boat with bedding is available for extra fee) and a wingless airplane. At the front/center of the property is a 384 sq foot covered patio with retro breeze block-inspired pink metal panels with a champagne bubble design. This area has movable furniture such as a metal picnic table and some tables and chairs. There is an outdoor covered bar/kitchen space with a stainless table and bar with stools. There is a wall made of colorful sake bottles near a pink porta potty. The potty will be an additional $150 fee if you’d like it to be 100% cleaned out and fresh for your group on arrival. You may bring tents or trailers to camp overnight if you’d like an extended stay for a group! The property is off-grid, with no electricity or water. The exterior of each structure glow with colorful solar string and spot lights. We do not have WiFi, but phones and internet access work fine out here. We offer the space to accommodate parties upward of 100+ people with plenty of space vendors for food and drinks available. We are in an unincorporated part of Inyo County CA and have a few neighbors so music should be kept softer into the later evening. Property is 25 min from the town of Tecopa, with its natural hot spring and hot spring resorts, a date farm oasis with a gorgeous palm grove and waterfall hike, as well as Kit Fox Cafe and Death Valley Brewing.
