About the Space
The gallery is a recently renovated 2300 sq. ft space with 16 ft ceilings and white walls covered with art. ***Pricing may vary depending on the day/time and nature of your event. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging for accurate pricing*** During the day the gallery is full of sunshine coming from 30 ft wide windows. During the evening the gallery has track lighting that is adjustable. This gallery space is a great place to hold your birthday party, anniversary, workshop, corporate event and meeting, team building, and/or commercial/personal photo shoot. Capacity: 200 People Included in your rental: • Use of 2 tables (adjustable, 1 1/2 ft - 5 ft) • 2 coat racks • One washroom • Room set up • Visual equipment : Projector Please note: Art will always stay on the walls. Sculptures and statues are moved depending on the event

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

WOW.. Jessica, this space was absolutely phenomenal and unique. As soon as everybody walked in they started taking pictures of the incredible ambiance and artwork that you have displayed. You are so talented, kind and easy to work with. You definitely went above and beyond to help fulfill our needs and the outcome was everything we hoped for. Thank you again!!

There are not enough amazing things to say about Jessica and her stunning gallery, but a review for fellow artists and event space seekers is absolutely warranted! THIS space is uniquely GORGEOUS, it truly gives you that creative feel from one artist to another. The energy fostered within the gallery is a testament to Jess’s existing art work meticulously placed on all walls, which gave us a beyond perfect atmosphere to make more magic throughout our production. Jess truly went above and beyond from the start of planning to the very end, making the experience seamless and smooth. Let’s not forget Miguel, who was present the day of. We were welcomed with pure kindness, utter patience and overall such incredible energy. In my 15 year career, this was one of the greatest experiences on site a production. If we could, we’d give more than 5 stars, so it’s no secret we will be working with JessGo again! Thank you from our entire DB Team!

Jess is a gem! She is super friendly, helpful and super cool! She was contacting me on a daily basis days prior to the event, making sure all my needs are met for my event at the gallery. She managed to find us a super cool bartender for our event too and also knows a lot of good DJs and performers in the city if you need one for your event. The location is super cool filled with her artwork and a great place to impress your guests if throwing a party. Super clean and spacious with designated areas for pretty much everything! All in all, we had a BLAST! Go ahead and book her gallery for your next event! You won't regret it and the odds are high that you will have the best night ever!

Had an absolute blast renting this space for a photoshoot! The host was super nice and responded quickly. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. Some of the art/sculptures seen in the photos were no longer in the studio but I was not disappointed with the new pieces that they had hanging up, they were amazing! Overall, a positive experience and would definitely recommend!
