About the Space
Our sun-drenched Mid-Century modern design loft features a world-class collection of extremely rare and authentic vintage art/design pieces. The interior is designed to be one of a kind, a space you will find nowhere else in the world. It is completely modular for the needs of each production/event and we offer an additional collection of staging furniture upon request. We invite you to be inspired by these objects as well as the beautiful space, lit up by a huge central skylight that casts sun throughout the day. The professional kitchen, equipped with a 6-burner Viking range and a large central marble island, has hosted celebrity chefs and even had an entire Taste Aware-winning best short film shot inside of it! Endless possibilities in this space - we look forward to hearing from you.

All surfaces are disinfected and the space is cleaned before and after each booking. Host is fully vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
