The townhome has an open concept basement with projector, screen and sound system installed that can be used for virtually any event. Nicely furnished with office and living space, fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with one set up as a meditation/relaxation room. All bedrooms are themed...Relax, Relate, Release. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The townhome is cleaned regularly by a professional cleaning service with more frequent cleaning after a booking. The house has a HEPA Air filter system that cleans up to 3000 sq feet which covers the entire house with doors open however is portable and can be moved to a more concentrated area if necessary. An additional air purifier can be provided if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
