About the Space
This two-level Gastown loft features 2000sqt feet of space, exposed brick feature, modern fixtures and appliances. Soaring 18ft ceilings with an open floor plan and north facing windows. Ground level entry allows for easy-flow access from the alley or front of building. The space is flexible enough to host a wide variety of shoots or projects!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Loved James’ space. It was even bigger than expected and beautifully decorated. Very convenient parking next door and easy access to the building. There were homeless people in front of the door upon arrival but they left after we asked, out of control of the owner but just a heads up.

James' space is wonderful to photograph in: all kinds of different angles and looks. Every time I'm here I find new ways to use it, and I will certainly be back!

Great space. We held an informal meeting here for a small group and it was really nice to have multiple seating areas so we could break into small groups. Communication and access to the space very easy!

Beautiful space in a great central location. James was incredibly accommodating and responded fast to our messages and requests. We would love to shoot in his space again!
