About the Space
We offer 2.5 acres of grassy field on the Oconto River. Across from our land is 2 islands that depending on the river water level, can be accessed from our property. We have a campground on one side of the property and 2 residential houses touching the other side of the property. This property could be used for graduation parties, weddings, reunions, etc. The river offers great views for photo ops. There is currently no water or electric on the property but generators could be brought in for electric and port a potty’s for bathroom options. We also have a camper that can be rented out with your event if you would like.

Guests are required to clean up after themselves. This is a wide open piece of land with no covid cleaning between guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
