The house can be used for commercial photo shoots for advertising, film, family, kitchen, living room, and bathroom shoots. There is also an outdoor deck (see photos) with a covered gazebo and artificial turf. The deck has seating and dining. The main floor has living, kitchen, and powder room, while the top floor has home office, guest bedroom, master bedroom. The basement is a standalone basement with a mini kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a separate entrance. Contemporary design by distinguished local designer.

This is a residence which is regularly cleaned. Before booking it is disinfected, and after booking the same applies.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
