About the Space
One of Peerspace's #1 rated studio spaces is back from the ashes of our former location in an all new, newly renovated multi purpose space. With wall to wall Graffiti, perfectly lit stage set up, and access to chairs, this studio is the perfect place for music videos, photo shoots, meetings, presentations and more! We also have an abundance of camera equipment, podcast sound set ups, and lighting all available upon request/ rental, packages are negotiable so message for more information. The location is also home to Vancouvers #1 comedy club, Podcast, & Tattoo studio. We are a shared space, however extra privacy measures can be put in place if you require. We don't do night life events/parties unfortunately. Our venue does not have an elevator and requires walking up some steps to get in.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We shot a hip-hop music video here and the place was perfect for it. It was clean and ready to go, and Austin showed us how to operate the photography lights. We had a lot of legroom even with almost 20 people in it. Besides the free arcade machine, LED signs, and graffiti already shown in the photos, they also had bluetooth speakers, as well as old TV's you can use as cool props for the background

Waited outside in the rain for 10min before someone worked there showed up late, studio was kind of a mess. The back drop was dirty and ripped up. Service was ok.
