The Space: Our bright film/photo studio has large South and East-facing windows that let light pour in. The living room space is great for meetings or gatherings with modern decor, a smart TV, and wifi. We also have a full kitchen with dishwasher and a private bathroom. The space overall is very open, with original wood floors that has been used for hosting yoga/fitness classes, happy hours, script-readings, film screenings, auditions, clothing sales, etc. A paper seamless for photo/video shoots hangs on the west wall closest to the windows with a multitude of color options available ($25 per pull for whatever is on-hand. Specific colors need to be brought in.) Kitchen: The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, a variety of dishes, a Breville Espresso Machine, a Chemex pour-over, electric tea kettle, mircowave, and a stocked water-cooler for your use. Decor: Our photos showcase most of the decor available for your shoot or meeting. Most items pictured are available, but please check with us if there are specific items you would like to use in your production. Additionally we have folding tables and chairs available as well. Lighting: If you are shooting photos/video the space is NOT pre-lit. You may bring in your own lighting equipment. The space is not completely black out, but we do provide large V-flats to block out light if need be. Sound: The space is quiet, but not sound-proofed. It is still New York ;) We do provide sound blankets upon request for photo/video shoots.
