Large expansive grounds and outfitted barn that’s easily accessible, yet feels far away. Beautiful gardens galore throughout the property make for great private events. You can have events here with up to 50 people (flexible). It's great for birthday parties, small receptions, reunions & more. Large open fields surround the property for drone practice, wide shots, etc. Complimentary Coffee and Beverages Things to Know.... -Bathroom is located in the main house (about a 75 foot walk from barn on gravel driveway and up three stairs) -No central heat or AC in the booking space

Space will be cleaned and ready for use upon arrival. Additional cleaning supplies will also be available for use on site.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
