About the Space
Conscious Lab is a uniquely stunning event space located in one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Vancouver. It features original hardwood floors, exposed brick and arched windows that create an undeniable vibe. The space has been used for: Corporate and Networking Events Photo and Film Shoots Weddings and Proposals Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork Urban Retreats Think Tanks and Brainstorming The intention of Conscious Lab is to elevate creativity, connection and community. When people gather in this space, magical moments naturally follow. Included in your rental is the use of: 30 meditation cushions 15 yoga mats 65 folding chairs 6 bamboo tables Big screen TV Large bluetooth speaker Whiteboard Mini fridge Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink 2 Bathroom stalls Glass boardroom with 6 chairs upon request Conscious Lab is 1100 sq ft and can accommodate 65 seated and 100 standing. *Please note that the space is located on the second floor and does not have elevator access.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had our wedding reception in their space (approx 75 people) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The space is so lovely. Our guests were complimenting it all night. It was dubbed 'the elevated house party' venue. We had the dance floor area on the large open space, and tables and food and a bar set up in the second space. Its actually really nice that the two spaces are divided as it allows a quieter area for people to chat. Orson and Jenna were great hosts and a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to email. They were very accommodating and allowed myself and my coordinators to visit the space a couple times before the event to iron out details and space plan. 100% would book again for a future party!

Orson has been a great host. Awesome space - beautiful, bright. We were able to present our deck to the audience using the projector and 19'' screen. The screen quality is great. Overall we had a successfully eCommerce event thanks to Orson's help.

We booked Conscious Lab for our wedding, and it was simply the perfect venue for it. We are so lucky that we found Jenna and Orson - they were gracious, kind and incredibly helpful leading up to the day. The space is absolutely gorgeous - really breathtaking. It is a hidden gem and I cannot recommend this space enough. The main space was perfect for our ceremony and reception, and the kitchen space was perfect for breaking out and socializing. Having the kitchen space really helped the flow of the day. We set up our bar and food in there and had our tables and dancing in the main area. The vibe of the space is immaculate. Hardwood floors, brick walls and big open windows for lots of natural light. Thank you Jenna and Orson for your beautiful space and hospitality.
