You get access to the entire house in East Hollywood which is fully decorated with retro and vintage furniture and decor. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and even a shed, workshop/ garage in the backyard! Every room has its own distinct style of wallpaper and paint scheme so you can have a wide variety of looks! Every room has windows so it has a ton of natural light that makes it perfect for photoshoots and video shoots. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
