About the Space
Our Studio is Toronto's newest Film/Photography and Event Space. A meticulously curated North/West facing 1700 square foot studio in the heart of downtown Toronto. With 12 foot ceilings throughout the space is ideally situated for amazing sunset lighting through it's giant corner loft windows. This space is equipped with a full size operating kitchen including oven, full sized fridge and portable induction burner plus picturesque 9 foot concrete kitchen island. Double door entrance with large service elevator in front of the studio doors for easy gear and equipment loading. Unit comes equipped with high speed internet, production desks, boardroom table and Large wall mounted TV for client viewing or presentations

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I booked this space for a photoshoot. It’s really gorgeous, and has a lot of different furniture set options throughout. The large, ornate windows give a pleasing backdrop and let in a lot of natural light. The host communicated all of the necessary information well, and the shoot went off without a hitch.

Beautiful, naturally lit space. Styling and accessories are very well curated. The floor needed to be vacuumed but the host was responsive. I got some great photos and there was lots of inspiration. I might suggest a simple linen or gauze curtain to allow for the control of light in the space, and to allow the option to obscure the neighbor's artwork. I have also booked the studio for an event and I think it will be the perfect place.
