Designed for seamless hosting, the space features multiple seating areas for casual or structured gatherings, a 50” TV with HDMI and high-speed WiFi for presentations or entertainment, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a 9-foot concrete island—ideal for catering, cocktail hours, or team socials. A double-door entrance and freight elevator allow for easy setup, with parking and transit nearby for guests’ convenience. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
