This listing is for private access to our creative meeting room conveniently located in Brampton, ON. Included with your rental: •Free Parking •WiFi •Table w/ Chairs •Shared access to the kitchen We have extra AV equipment available for additional purchase. Uses: • Photography Studio • Videography Space • Meeting for Creative • Workshops and Training • Podcasting A security deposit of $250 and valid credit card and ID of everyone will be taken at the beginning of every booking. Bize is a co-worker space if you need 100% quite please confirm a private time with the host to book a private time slot. Please note the projector is subject an extra cost per-booking and only supports Apple AirPlay. This listing is exclusively for private access to our Conference room only. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
