About the Space
Our home is designed to encourage a sense of community and togetherness. It is the home of a professional musician and a writer, so it very “creative forward” in its design and layout. There are musical instruments everywhere and little nooks to sit and contemplate your creative ideas. However, we ultimately believe creativity flourishes best in collaboration with others. So, the heart center of the house is large with a grand piano and can hold around 30-35 people or just be a great place for a small group to reconvene and share ideas. The house is full of natural, but diffused light. It has beautiful views of the Barton Creek Greenbelt Canyon with a great outdoor space for eating, lounging, and visiting with others. We are 1/2 mile from Zilker Park/Barton Springs Pool, but the backyard is secluded, private, and natural. The house is also foam insulated, so it is very quiet and has very few distractions. Great for retreats of all kinds, art or music classes, and even yoga classes (it has great hardwood floors in the large main room). It is a beautiful space for filming with a relatively neutral palate.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
